I am the videogame critic they tried to sue for $10 million.

I’ve kept relatively quiet for almost a year while a spurious and disgusting libel lawsuit was spuriously filed in an attempt to disrupt my life.

Now I get to talk.

At the end of the day digital homicides destroyed themselves and blamed jim so to them it made sense to them to go for broke. Jim keeps asking what were they trying to achieve? They wished to fuck with Jim and if possible cost him money. And they achieved just that and all it cost them at this point was time and energy. So effectively they won. They set out to hurt Jim and they did ..regardless if they lost this case they still won. The good news is Jim has money and he continues to do what he does… Read more »

“After asking for help and being turned away by the FBI” HAHAHAHAHA! Are you shitting me, this tool actually went to the FBI for “constant online harassment?” His picture looks exactly like the type of sandy vagina’d millennial generation fuck that would raise this big of a fuss over someone giving honest criticism over his shit “games.” I’m so sick of baby bitches like him thinking that nobody should ever be able to criticize their work because mommy and daddy raised them by telling them they could do no wrong and that they’re a special snowflake. It truly makes me… Read more »

just a thought, what if everything that happened that lead to this law suit was all planned by the “brothers”. The fake DMC to get his information.

This so called interview, practice when the case goes to court; but after that things in their plan fell apart. Just a paranoid thought lol

That’s a possibility, but then again not sure. I mean from the Arizona Central article, James said that he was studying law in early 2015, which was months after that whole Slaughtering Ground meltdown. I guess since he had Jim’s information when his DMCA was counterclaimed by Jim, I’m assuming he did set this plan into motion. For the interview, It seems that he did that to try to “expose” Jim by recording their conversation and trying to use it for the lawsuit. Since that didn’t work, months later, they then decided to go after his article about their sockpuppet… Read more »

They’ve had more than enough time to act on any sort of pre-deliberated plan involving involving a surprise visit at Jim’s address.

That’s not to say that they won’t do something stupid as a last resort, but i think we can rule out any theory that the lawsuit was purely to find JIm’s address.

Thank god this whole fucking thing is over. I thought Jim was pretty restrained really, all things considered. He summed up pretty much what I had been thinking for ages now, that James Ramino killed his own career by being an over reactive douchebag. While I’m delighted that his bullshit is no longer stinking up Steam, if he had not exploded in shit head fashion, he could still be peddling his snake oil there.
